I thought about doing a memorial diamond for my dog for a long time, but was always stopped by the insane prices for smaller diamonds that other companies quoted.
It felt too good to be true when I found Ossu, a company that was local to me and had very reasonable prices, especially because they were new and did not yet have customers.
On top of doing as much research I could, I also asked a lot of questions about the process, the pricing, and the company itself, and each question was responded to by Hinly with great detail and the utmost patience. I never once felt pressured to buy or felt uncomfortable, and in fact, the excellent customer care was what gained my trust as I chose to take a leap of faith with Ossu, and I am so glad I did as the end product was exactly what I wanted and more.

Everything about this process was amazing. I lost my dog to cancer but gene I had found out he had it I collected his fur and sent it in. He passed away 2 1/2 months after the process began.

I was never worried that I wouldn’t get a response back, I had full trust that they would care for my boy’s fur And create the most beautiful diamond I’d ever seen.
The memorial diamond ended up being so amazing, And I had the opportunity to pick it up and meet Hinly and his partner in person.
